Highlights include:
DealCentre AI
- Updated UI: A refined layout now offers improved navigation, enhanced table structures, and an intuitive interface that meets accessibility standards for screen readers and tablets.
- Language Expansion for Ask Link, AI Insights & Keywords: Now supports German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. This expands usability across geographies, allowing you to communicate with Ask Link in your native language, even if the documents are in English or another of the supported languages.
- Ask Link and AI Insights File Support: Now compatible with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files.
- Ability to Turn AI On/Off: Gain flexibility by choosing which AI services to use. Toggle AI Insights, Ask Link, and Redaction on or off at any time.
- Filters for New Content: We’ve made it easier to find new content for DealCentre users by adding Filters for New Documents. The filter contains all new documents since last Deal access. Whether you're an advisor looking at new uploads in preparation or a buyer checking new permissioned content in diligence, this filter shows you exactly what's new since your last log in.
- Copy Seller Group Permissions: When onboarding new seller subgroups, advisors can now copy permissions from an existing group to the new group.
- Canned Summary Reports for Diligence: Canned reports are available on the reports tab and can be downloaded into Excel. The available reports include:
- Current Permissions Export: Provides a detailed view of all groups and subgroups and their access to folders and files.
- Buyer Activity Summary: Captures key buyer actions that indicate engagement with the deal, such as deal visits, documents accessed, number of available documents, number of users in the group, and number of users who accessed the documents.
- People and Groups List Export: Shows all users and their group memberships.
- Documents List: An inventory of all uploaded documents, their status and upload dates.
- Page Count Report & Billing Dashboard Widget: Gain transparency into deal costs. Advisors can monitor billable pages before and after go-live, helping manage VDR expenses and collaborate with clients and sales reps.
- DealCentre IRM is a browser-native experience. All protected files—Excel, PDFs, Word, and more—are wrapped in a secure layer that:
- Authenticates users before access
- Enforces permission policies
- Tracks engagement and usage
- Allows access revocation at any time
- Eliminates the need for plugins, installs, or Adobe dependencies
The advanced viewer opens all files including Excel and has the most Excel-like capabilities enabling easy navigation of the files and viewing of multiple sheets and cell formulas.
- Permissioning:
- View as for Seller subgroups: Advisors can view document structures from the perspective of a seller group to confirm permissions.
- Bulk Permission – Row Selection: Apply consistent access settings to multiple groups in just a few clicks for both buyers and sellers.
- Settings & Preferences:
- Show/Hide Columns for Buyers: Choose whether buyers see when documents were last modified.
- Attention Needed – Ignore All: Quickly clean up your document queue by bulk-ignoring non-critical “Attention Needed” alerts, eliminating the need to dismiss files one by one.
- Document Request List Enhancements:
- Bulk import folder structures and corresponding document requests from pre-defined Excel lists.
- We’ve added stats to the top of the Document Request tab showing a tiled view of the total # of document requests, open requests, those ready for review and those completed.
- Advisors can now message Assignees directly from the Document Request list for quick, secure clarifications.
VDRPro
- Self-Service Document Analyzer: Managers can now enable or disable Document Analyzer directly, without contacting the support team.
- Filter Attention Required Items: In the Document Analyzer, filter the “Attention Required” table by issue type (e.g., digital signatures) and choose to ignore documents that don’t require review.
- Enhanced Excel Viewer: Navigate entire files, including multiple sheets; view and edit formulas; adjust column and row dimensions; input new data; and modify file structure by adding or removing rows, columns, or sheets.
FundCentre
Onboarding
Onboarding became generally available in late April. The application enables digital viewing and signing of documents, allowing GPs to track document status and monitor investor progress on outstanding items. (only add if not in last one)
InvesterVision
- Fund Offline Provides the ability to add additional funds into a live InvestorVision portal without disturbing the existing LPs. Previously the full portal had to be taken offline for the period for these funds to be added. This decreases the time to value between contract signing and portal use for larger fund managers.
Ability to Upload PE fund data monthly (currently only quarterly loads are available) The platform can accommodate growing use cases of monthly reporting requirements by some fund managers.
- Ability to Upload Hedge data at any period and report based on as of date - Allows for multiple loads of data within the same period. More in line with hedge use cases where clients are looking to get more data related information in a shorter time frame.
- Ability to mark an investor inactive – limiting those investors from receiving general fund level publications. Helps to better govern the investor lifecycle for those exiting their positions and ensuring they are not part of forward looking communications.
InView
- Increased sync with InvestorVision from once daily to 4X a day to obtain closer to real-time reporting.
